Xi'an Au Pair International Cultural Exchange Co. Ltd. is the first corporation de jure in the Northwest China which dedicates to programs of Sino-foreign Au Pair and overseas study tour in summer vacation .
Superior Service: The application for matching is cumbersome and complicated, so we will provide whole-process assistance and language training for Au Pairs to make sure the success of matching. If it fails, we will return the principal.
Rounds of Selection: We will screen Au pairs and host families and at same time conduct rigorous background investigation toward both sides to ensure the safety of the whole process.
Multiple Insurance: We work closely with foreign institutions to provide Au Pairs with personal accident insurance, medical care and other insurance to ensure the personal safety of Au Pairs.
Meticulous Concern : The personal consultant will provide Au Pairs with thoughtful care service at any time during the whole process to ensure everything goes smoothly with Au Pairs.
High-quality Candidates : We will strictly have rounds of selection of Au Pairs to guarantee the quality of domestic and overseas Au Pairs. Au Pairs from both domestic and overseas are primarily university students and graduates and they are well-educated,open minded and tolerated. We will provide a full range of choices for both Au Pairs and host families and they are free to select among the options. At the same time, we will have the most basic training for both domestic and overseas Au Pairs right after their arrival to help them fit in local culture as soon as possible.
Considerate Service: We will provide whole-process tracking service.
Before Departure: we provide those Au Pairs going abroad with professional guidance of material preparation, language improvement and visa interview.
While Departure: we provide those Au Pairs going abroad or coming to China with airport pickup service and training of helping them adapt to local culture at their early arrivals.
After Departure: within one month after the arrival to the host family, there will be regular visits from local consultants to learn the situation. After that, exclusive consultants will pay a return visit monthly and quarterly at a regular intervals ,at the same time deal with emergency circumstances in their lives to ensure the personal safety and living quality of Au Pairs .
Family Gathering: In order to promote the quality of Au Pair program, we will have regular online family communication activities and collect everyone's opinions and feedback to gradually perfect and improve our service. At the same time, we will also regularly hold offline family gatherings to help different local families get to know each other and share the brilliant ideas generated by the collision of different cultures.

Xi 'an, the capital of thirteen dynasties, has been China's political, economic and cultural center for 1,100 years and is an important birthplace of Chinese civilization. It is the most representative city of Chinese traditional culture and also the largest central city in western China. Xi'an has a population of 9.787 million, and Xianyang, a city just across a road from Xi'an, has a population of 4.399 million, making up the Xi'an metropolitan area with a population of more than 14 million. There are 76 colleges and universities, with more than 1 million university students and 250,000 graduates each year. Due to the relatively closed international exchanges in western China, Xi 'an has a great demand for Au Pairs and a huge market potential.
Globalization requires more integrated skills of talents and also outstanding students in the future to have a global vision to embrace globalization. In our survey of 136 families and college students, we found out that most of them lack understanding of Au Pair international exchange program, and 71% of the respondents (96 people) had a strong interests in Au Pair program after learning about it expecting to open their international vision with this program. Parents are more expected to create a language environment for their children to learn spoken language and experience diverse cultures through Au Pair program. College students, on the other hand, are looking forward to the international internship experience that can help their future career. We look forward to cooperating with you.
